Do I need to be an existing barefoot footwear retailer to partner with you?
+ -Thank you for sharing your interest in partnering with us. We carefully evaluate every partnership request we receive, and to do so, we would like to know more about your current sales channels and where you plan to sell Be Lenka products. As a premium brand, we prefer to collaborate with established sales sites, barefoot stores, shoe stores or websites that specialise in selling shoes. If you have a different idea for cooperation, please let us know, and we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens after submitting the application?
+ -Once you complete the questionnaire and we finish evaluating it, we will contact you within five working days to provide further information about the next steps. If we decide to collaborate, we will send you a registration link to access our B2B portal, where you can submit all the necessary information about your company.
What follows once you have registered for our B2B zone?
+ -Once you have completed the registration process for our B2B zone, one of our sales representatives will reach out to you to schedule an online meeting. During this meeting, they will assist you in preparing your first order, provide guidance on navigating the B2B zone and inform you about the terms of our cooperation.
What kind of assistance can I expect from you?
+ -As a Be Lenka wholesaler, you will have access to the following:

- Product catalogues for upcoming season and samples.
- XML Feed will connect our backend system to your website, keeping the relevant product information up-to-date (prices, descriptions, stock numbers, etc.).

Is there a minimum order condition?
+ -You will receive all the necessary details during your first meeting, where you will discuss the conditions and requirements of our collaboration.
What is the standard delivery time for Wholesale orders?
+ -In-stock products are delivered soon after payment is received. Pre-orders are delivered as per the delivery times mentioned on our B2B website.
The delivery time of the goods depends on their availability and the destination country. Additionally, the choice of the transport company also affects the delivery time. Our sales representative will always inform you in advance about the availability of the goods and their estimated shipping time. This allows you to plan your warehouse stocks and ensure your readiness to receive the goods.
